Recipe: Spicy Salmon
Heart healthy and omega-3 rich
1 whole salmon
5 garlic cloves (crushed)
1 table spoon Fresh ginger ( Ground)
1 tablespoon Turmeric
1 tablespoon Cayenne pepper (Ground and Optional)
1 large lemon (squeezed)
- Squeeze lemon
- Mix all ingredients and marinate fish for at least one hour.
- Bake at 425 until done. It usually takes up to half an hour.
- Decorate with vegetables of your choice (carrots, broccoli and zucchini)
