Recipe: Spicy Salmon


Heart healthy and omega-3 rich


1 whole salmon
5 garlic cloves (crushed)
1 table spoon Fresh ginger ( Ground)
1 tablespoon Turmeric
1 tablespoon Cayenne pepper (Ground and Optional)
1 large lemon (squeezed)


  1. Squeeze lemon
  2. Mix all ingredients and marinate fish for at least one hour.
  3. Bake at 425 until done. It usually takes up to half an hour.
  4. Decorate with vegetables of your choice (carrots, broccoli and zucchini)
